How Hublead credits work? (Email & phone enrichment)

Understand how Hublead credits for phone and email enrichment work.

💳 What are credits?

Credits give users access to core features: exports, enrichments and premium tools.

There are 2 types of credits:

  • Email credits → Accessible to Professional, Business & Scale
  • Phone number credits → Accessible only with Scale

📊 Credit Costs by action

Action Email credits Phone credits
Contact exported 1 by 1 1 per contact 1 per contact
Contact export (bulk from Sales Nav) 1 per contact 1 per contact (optional)
Bulk enrichment from HubSpot List 1 per contact 1 per contact

📈 Credits allocation by plan

Plan Monthly Yearly
Free Plan 0 0
Pro Plan 50

600

Business Plan 500 6000
Scale Plan 1000 12000

🔄 How credits work

  • Credits are consumed per action, even if no data is found

  • Credits reset monthly or yearly on your billing cycle date

  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next period

    Action Credits consumed
You export 5 contacts from Sales Nav search 5 email credits (+ 5 phone credits if phone lookup enabled)
You run an enrichment on 20 emails, but only 8 have valid data to enrich 20 email credits
You export 10 contacts 1 by 1, only 5 emails found 10 email credits
Shared pool across the entire workspace, not per user

Example:

A workspace with 3 Pro licenses has:

Base allocation: 50 credits/license × 3 = 150 credits total pool

Usage scenario:

  • User 1 exports 50 contacts: -50 email credits

  • User 2 enriches 30 emails: -30 email credits

  • Remaining pool: 70 email credits available for all users

No per-user limits, the entire team shares the pool

🚀 How Sales Nav export works now

  • Each contact exported from Sales Nav costs 1 email credit
  • If the user chooses to include phone numbers, it also costs 1 phone credit per contact
  • Credits are charged upfront when the export starts
  • If a contact already exists in HubSpot, credits are automatically refunded
