1. What a Hublead credit is
One credit type for both emails and phone numbers
A Hublead credit is what you spend to get contact data: a professional email address, a mobile phone number, or both. It applies everywhere you enrich:
- a LinkedIn profile, one contact at a time
- a bulk export from Sales Navigator
- a bulk enrichment of a HubSpot list
- a Lead Search export
Same credit, same price per contact, whichever route you use.
There is one single credit type. Emails and mobile numbers draw from the same pool, on every paid plan. Nothing is locked behind a plan, the only limit is your balance.
Where to check your balance
Your remaining credits are displayed in two places: your Hublead dashboard, and directly in the Chrome extension while you browse LinkedIn.
2. What each action costs
Price per contact
| What you get | Cost |
|---|---|
| Email address | 1 credit per contact |
| Email address + mobile phone number | 9 credits per contact |
Why a mobile number costs more
A mobile number cannot be searched on its own, it always comes together with the email lookup. Verified mobile data also costs several times more to source than a professional email, which is what the 9 credits reflect.
3. How many credits your plan includes
Allowance per plan
Credits are allocated per paid license. Your workspace pool is that allowance multiplied by your number of paid licenses.
| Plan | Credits per month | Credits per year |
|---|---|---|
| Free Plan | 0 | 0 |
| Pro Plan | 50 | 600 |
| Business Plan | 500 | 6,000 |
| Scale Plan | 2,000 | 24,000 |
What that gets you in contacts
Per license per month, if you spent the whole allowance on a single type:
| Plan | Emails only | Emails + mobile phone |
|---|---|---|
| Pro Plan | 50 contacts | 5 contacts |
| Business Plan | 500 contacts | 55 contacts |
| Scale Plan | 2,000 contacts | 222 contacts |
In practice you mix the two. Every credit you do not spend on a mobile number stays available for emails.
4. How your credit pool behaves
Shared across the workspace, not per user
A workspace with 3 Pro licenses has a single pool of 50 × 3 = 150 credits. If one user spends 50 and another spends 30, everyone else shares the remaining 70. There are no per-user limits.
Reset on your billing date, no rollover
Credits reset on your billing cycle date, monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
Charged upfront, even when nothing is found
Credits are spent per action, not per result. If you look up 20 contacts and only 8 return data, you spent 20 credits.
One exception: automatic refunds
Credits are refunded automatically when a Sales Navigator export hits a contact that already exists in HubSpot.
Examples
| Action | Credits spent |
|---|---|
| You export 5 contacts from Sales Navigator, email only | 5 |
| You export 5 contacts from Sales Navigator, with mobile numbers | 45 |
| You enrich 20 contacts, only 8 return data | 20 |
| You export 10 contacts one by one, only 5 emails are found | 10 |
5. What changed in August 2026
Only relevant if your workspace existed before the change. Everything above already reflects the new system.
On a legacy plan? Nothing changes for you today. Your plan and your existing email and phone credits stay exactly as they are, and we will contact you before anything moves.
What it was before
There were two credit types, email credits and phone number credits, and they could not be used interchangeably. Phone credits only existed on Scale, so a Pro or Business workspace could have thousands of unused email credits and still be unable to pull a single mobile number.
How your balance was converted
If you are on one of the current plans, your balance was converted automatically. Nothing was lost, and your renewal date did not move.
| Old credit | Becomes |
|---|---|
| 1 email credit | 1 Hublead credit |
| 1 phone number credit | 8 Hublead credits |
A Scale workspace with 300 email credits and 40 phone credits left in the cycle ends up with (300 × 1) + (40 × 8) = 620 Hublead credits.
Your plan, before and after
| Plan | Before, per license per month | Now, per license per month |
|---|---|---|
| Pro Plan | 50 email credits, no access to mobile numbers | 50 credits, mobile numbers included |
| Business Plan | 500 email credits, no access to mobile numbers | 500 credits, mobile numbers included |
| Scale Plan | 1,000 email + 100 phone credits | 2,000 credits |
Every plan comes out ahead. Pro and Business keep the same number of credits and gain access to mobile numbers, which they simply could not buy before. Scale converts to (1,000 × 1) + (100 × 8) = 1,800 credits, and we rounded up to 2,000.
