Bulk Enrichment: What we send, what you need, and how credits work
What data we can send (when available)
When you request enrichment, we may send the following fields if we have them:
• First name
• Last name
• Company name
• Company domain
• Email
• LinkedIn profile URL

Minimum requirements
To run enrichment, we need at least one of the following:
• LinkedIn profile URL, or
• Email, or
• First name + Company name

Credits: email vs phone
Hublead uses two credit types:
1) Email credits (required)
• Always required for an enrichment attempt (profile data + email).
• If you don’t have enough email credits, the enrichment request fails.
• If you don’t have enough email credits, the enrichment request fails.
2) Phone credits (optional)
• Used only if phone data is found.
• If you don’t have phone credits, enrichment still runs — you just won’t get phone results.

For each contact:
• 1 email credit is reserved (required)
• 1 phone credit is attempted to reserve (optional)

Step 2: Confirm (after results)
After enrichment completes, credits are confirmed based on what was found:
• If an email is found: • Email credit is kept
• Phone credit is kept only if a phone number is found (otherwise refunded)
• If only a phone is found: • Email credit is kept
• Phone credit is kept
• If nothing is found: • Email credit is kept (bulk attempts are charged per attempt)
• Phone credit is refunded

Use your own provider API key (optional)
If you already have an account with a data provider, you can plug in your own API key in Hublead:
• Go to Settings → Integrations
• Select your provider (e.g., Kaspr, Lusha, etc.)
• Paste your API key and save
Once connected, Hublead can use your provider connection to run enrichments.

What gets updated in HubSpot
Contact properties (standard)
We can update:
• Email
• Phone (can be mapped to a custom property)
• First name / Last name (only if it doesn’t conflict with an existing value)
• Job title (mappable)
• City / Country (mappable)
• Company name (only if it doesn’t conflict with an existing value)
• LinkedIn profile URL (mappable)
