What this product does
If you would like to enrich your existing HubSpot contacts with LinkedIn data in bulk, Hublead offers a separate enrichment app.
Instead of manually opening each LinkedIn profile and copy-pasting data into HubSpot, this app lets you:
- Select a list of HubSpot contacts.
- Automatically enrich them with LinkedIn-based information and other firmographic data.
- Keep your CRM clean, consistent, and ready for scoring, routing, and automation.

When you run an enrichment on your HubSpot contacts, the app will automatically populate the following properties with LinkedIn and firmographic data:
Contact Properties
First Name: The contact's first name as it appears on their LinkedIn profile.
Last Name: The contact's last name as it appears on their LinkedIn profile.
Job Title: The contact's current job title or position (e.g., "Chief Executive Officer," "Marketing Manager," "Senior Software Engineer").
Company Name: The name of the company where the contact currently works.
LinkedIn URL: A direct link to the contact's LinkedIn profile, making it easy to reference their full professional background.
Location Properties
Country: The country where the contact is based, as listed on their LinkedIn profile.
City: The city where the contact is located.
How pricing and credits work
This product is not tied to the normal Hublead subscriptions. It is a separate, credit-based enrichment service.
- There is currently no recurring subscription for the enrichment app.
- You purchase a credit pack and use those credits whenever you run enrichment.
Credit model
- 1 credit = 0.10 USD
- Minimum package: 1,000 credits (100 USD)
- 1 credit = 1 HubSpot contact enriched
So if you enrich 1,000 contacts, that consumes 1,000 credits. If you enrich 10,000 contacts, that consumes 10,000 credits, and so on.
Not related to email credits
If you use other Hublead features that involve “email credits” or similar usage, those are separate. The enrichment product has its own credit balance and does not consume email credits.
Requirements and prerequisites
To use the enrichment app, you need:
- An active HubSpot portal (where your contacts live).
- A Hublead enrichment account connected to that HubSpot portal.
- A valid credit balance (starting from 1,000 credits / 100 USD).
On the data side:
- Contacts must exist in HubSpot (the app enriches existing records, it does not create them from scratch).
- Each contact should have a valid business email. The email does not need to be pre-verified, but a good-quality business email improves matching and enrichment results.
How matching and enrichment work
The enrichment app uses the contact’s business email to locate the correct LinkedIn profile and related data.
Matching logic
- The app takes the email stored on the HubSpot contact.
- It searches for a LinkedIn profile and related sources associated with that email.
- If a match is found, the app enriches the HubSpot contact with available fields (e.g. LinkedIn URL, job title, company, etc.).
Email quality
- A valid business email format is sufficient to attempt enrichment.
- Verified or high-quality emails generally increase the probability of a successful and accurate match.
Frequently asked questions (in-article)
Is this included in my Hublead subscription?
No. The enrichment app is a separate product with its own credit-based pricing. You do not need a specific Hublead plan to use it.
Do I need any extra “data enrichment integration” add-on?
No. You connect your HubSpot portal directly to the enrichment app. There is no additional connector to buy.
Does it overwrite my existing data?
By default, the app is designed to fill missing fields. During setup, you can define how to handle properties that already have a value to avoid overwriting good data.
What happens if a contact cannot be matched?
If no reliable match is found for a contact, that contact will not be enriched and the corresponding data will remain unchanged. Matching and enrichment success depend largely on the quality of the email and the availability of data for that person. Important note: we do not consume enrichment credits if we are not successful.
How do I purchase credits or get started?
Reach out to the Hublead team to activate the enrichment product on your HubSpot portal and purchase a credit pack (minimum 1,000 credits / 100 USD). Once your account and credits are set up, you can start running enrichment jobs on your HubSpot lists.
